Superb communication with the shop owner, they were super nice to answer all my questions before pre-ordering my dream guitar. It was my first ever experience with them and also pre-ordering a guitar. Few months later it arrived to them and they quickly checked it, took a few photos and sent it over to me with priority. I'm happy that I choose them for this journey. Of course the guitar is flawless, love it. Highly recommended.
