Kauffmann Guitars '63 T Tobacco Sunburst
This well-rounded tele made by one the renowned Dutch makers - Kauffmann Guitars, represents simplicity and great vintage vibe in affordable price. Starting from the looks - it has a heavier relic, slightly sanded back of the neck and traditional hardware. The neck profile leans towards fuller C, not as thick as Fender's U but definitely not for skinny-neck lovers.
The sound unplugged is resonant, sustaining and open. Pickups equipped are Bare Knuckle Pickups Flat 50s - very even in all the frequencies and smooth, more mellow tones. Tones rather fitting in pop, blues and jazz more than rock or texas twang. At the same time the lack of bite and aggression in the pickups give you ability to use spectacular dynamics as a tool in your palette. Something suitable even for the fingerstyle players.
