Paoletti Guitars is a handmade guitar maker based in Quarrata, Tuscany. Since 2008 it has carved guitar bodies from centuries-old chestnut wine barrels, a tonewood prized for its sustain and harmonic range, and a choice that also reflects its commitment to sustainability. Every part is made in-house, from the bodies to the hand-wound pickups and brass hardware. The custom shop builds to order in any finish and spec, with left-handed models at no extra cost. Artists including Bruce Springsteen, Keith Richards and Richie Sambora play Paoletti guitars.
