Shipping
Every guitar, amp, and accessory we ship gets the same care we'd want if we were buying it ourselves — carefully packed, fully tested, and sent insured with a carrier we trust. Here's how it works.
Carriers
- Poland: InPost or DPD, or free local pickup at our store in Kraków.
- Europe: DPD or UPS.
- Outside Europe (including the USA and Japan): FedEx.
Every shipment is insured. If your order is ever lost in transit, we'll replace it or refund you in full.
We've been shipping guitars, amplifiers, and accessories across Europe, the US, and Asia for over 4 years.
Processing time
We ship the same day or the next business day after you order. Every instrument is packed to keep it safe on the road — see "Before it ships" below.
Delivery time
- Poland: 1–2 days
- Europe: 3–5 days
- Rest of the world: 5–12 days
These are typical transit times once your order has shipped, not including processing time.
Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Orders within Europe over 800 PLN ship free.
Local pickup
You can always pick up your order in person at our store in Kraków, free of charge. Pickup is available during our opening hours, starting the day after your purchase — or at another time arranged by phone or email.
Customs and import duties
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties and import taxes charged by your country on arrival. These are the customer's responsibility and aren't included in our shipping cost.
Before it ships
Every guitar and amp is inspected and set up before it leaves our shop — we make sure it's 100% working and ready to play. We photograph your instrument packed and ready to go, so you know exactly what shipped and how it was protected.
