Fender Stratocaster 1963 Limited Edition NAMM 2019 Candy Tangerine Superheavy Relic

In the world full of Stratocasters - why play a boring one? If you wish to spice up your style not only tonally but also stand out in the crowd with something special - here's something for you. Dressed up in an unusual color, Candy Tangerine, given a superheavy relic treatment, this guitar was featured during 2019 NAMM show. 

Aside from bold aesthetics it has a few more unique features: beautiful, chocolate-like dark rosewood, very comfortable, thicker Oval "C" neck profile, a set of hand-wound 60/63 pickups and a short tremolo arm (similar to Landau model). True to its roots, this Stratocaster has been made of 2-piece lightweight ash body matched with rift-sawn maple neck. While on the topic of neck, its back has been sanded off, which gives you a nice feel of older instrument and gives no friction when changing hand position. 

When played unplugged the guitar is resonant and rings nicely in every position. The sound of pickups is pleasantly open and punchy, brighter and oriented towards more crunchy, Stevie Ray Vaughan bluesy style. Of course it gives you the roundness and quack but really shines when overdrive kicks in. 

The guitar is in perfect technical condition, has case and all the case candy, Fender Custom Shop certificate, as well as Floor Shop Traveller.
