If you visit the cold, demanding wilderness of Alaska chances are you'll reach the banks of Kenai, a river known for salmon fishing. That's where this Knaggs model takes its name from.

Bearing number #47 it was made as one of the first guitars under the Knaggs brand, created by Joe Knaggs and Peter Wolf. Joe decided that after 25 years as a designer in PRS guitars, it was time for him to create his name and that's how it all started.

Kenai lies between PRS 594 McCarty and a Gibson Les Paul. With the quality you'd expect from PRS Private Stock models, it screams boutique. One-piece mahogany body, book-matched flamed maple top, nitrocellulose varnish, Bare Knuckle pickups, flawless finish - it has all you'd expect from top-tier guitar craftsmanship.

Not only it is flawlessly made with beautiful looks but more importantly - it plays like a dream. The very comfortable 59-style neck is familiar and reminds us of a slimmer Les Paul neck. Gutiar resonates fully, with clarity and definition. It has a warm nasal neck tone, quack in the middle, and bite in the bridge position. In every position and setting the dynamics lets you take control over the sound.

Visually the guitar is in excellent condition with no cracks or damages.
